These terms explain how our website, products, and services can be used, and the responsibilities of both parties when placing or fulfilling an order.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IRONFIBER website at ironfibers.com and any products or services offered by IRONFIBER LTD ("IRONFIBER", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Rwanda. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company information

IRONFIBER LTD is a Rwandan company engaged in the wholesale of functional foods, nutraceutical products, and food and nutrition services. Our registered office is located in Kigali, Rwanda.

2. Use of this website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place orders.
  • You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
  • All content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or nutritional advice.

3. Products and orders

IRONFIBER supplies products on a wholesale and direct-order basis. Orders are placed via WhatsApp (+250 783 503 629) or through our contact form. By placing an order you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to purchase the products for the intended use.
  • You understand that product availability, pricing, and minimum order quantities (MOQs) are subject to change without notice.

A binding contract is formed only when IRONFIBER confirms your order in writing (via WhatsApp or email). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges unless explicitly stated.
  • Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis and communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • IRONFIBER reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and logistics are agreed at the time of order. IRONFIBER is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs clearance, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of food and nutraceutical products, returns are only accepted where:

  • Products are delivered damaged or defective.
  • Products do not match the confirmed order specification.
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of IRONFIBER LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IRONFIBER does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product information, including nutritional claims, is provided in good faith but may be subject to regulatory variation. Always consult a qualified health professional before making dietary changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Rwandan law, IRONFIBER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

This website may contain links to third-party websites (including WhatsApp). IRONFIBER is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.

12. Changes to these terms

IRONFIBER reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
